i need to lose about 20 or more pounds
and i dont really no how to start it or anything

Well you deffently have to eat healthy and exercise. Arghh. I wanna loose weight too it's so hard. Just try to pick the fruit or whatever healthier food over the junky foods. Good luck. =)

Well I suggest maybe eating healthy,
and exercising. Losing weight isnt easy =/
Try googling some good exercises for the specefic area you want to lose weight on:)
And stay away from butter and fatty foods!
