Hi, i need some advice please. I have small eyes and huge lips, which is NOT a good combination. Is there any way I can make my eyes look bigger and my lips look smaller?

what you need to do is use eyelinner and alot of it. not balck but something that looks nice on you then, you just need to put on a tiny bit of lipstick not alot you need to show off your eyes not your lips.
Or you could get a hair cut so your eyes will be covered or anyhting along those lines,

a brilliant way to make eyes look biggger is:
wear mascara on top eyelashes (and on bottom if it looks okay)
and a light color eye shadow, like light cream, or even white. apply it on the inside park of your eyelids (the side closer to your nose) and apply it on the bottom of your eyelids. this gives you a sexy look, and its attracting. you can also put a gold, or light brown (shiny) color on the other part of you eyelids to make them pop more. dont wear dark colors on your eyes, because dark colors make your eyes look a lot smaller than they really are. also a pink blush helps to bring out your eyes
lipssss:
a very soft pink, or even a clear. dont wear dark colors, because on your lips, they make them stand out more.
