I think your safe. Even if there was any "pre-cum" on your fingers I dont think that you have to worry about getting pregnant. If you miss your next period or start feeling really sick within the next week or so. Go see your doctor or get a prenancy test.

Its possible for that you to get pregnant. But its not extremely likely. Because, sperm cant survive in the air for a long time. So, it becomes useless and therefore - cant get you pregnant. If youre really worried about, buy a pregnancy test. But, you most likely youre not. So I wouldnt worry too much.
