I've had headaches for the past couple of days i'll have one in the morning..take some advil..and then before i go to bed i'll get another one *sometimes* and it worries me. Is this a symptom of high blood pressure? They arent severe or anything like that..they are just headaches..Thanks

One thing is to eat better food. Not necissarily fruits and veggies. Just food that doesn't have preservitives and all those additives.
MSG (monosodium glutamate) is added in tons of foods and for some people (like me) can have reactions to a lot of it like headaches and migranes.
If diet and excercise doesn't make them stop, see a doctor. They can probably tell why you get your headache. They might give you medicine or a preventative.
Sounds like a lot of crazy nothing, I'm just giving you a tip of what it could be if your headaches continue.

Hope This Helps! [ DD's advice column | Ask DD A Question ]
