Weight So I'm a 15 year old who needs to lose some weight. Don't worry, I'm not one of those skinny girls trying to get even skinnier...I'm about 160 pounds when I should be near 130.
Does anyone know any not-too-strict eating plans? and don't say "Cut all sugar" 'cause I just can't do that.
I just need a good, healthy eating plan to lose this weight.

I found this awesome site that lets you make your own online log of what you eat throughout the day. It has every kind of food on there.

Go there, and sign up. It's free. You can track your calories determined by your age, height, and weight. When you sign up, there are two options, one of them is 'weight loss' another is like, 'weight maintaining' which you can use to help maintain a healthy diet. I just signed up today, and it tells you how many calories you should be eating throughout the day. It shows you the nutrition labels, and everything. It's just, well, amazing! Check it out!

Eat healthy food. You should have fruit, vegtables, stuff like that everyday. When you eat something, see how many calories it is and when you excersise, you can try to burn off all the calories you ate. Try using a tredmill (if you have one, if not sign up for a gym) and run or walk for about 30 minutes. Just being active makes you burn calories, walking - running ect. You don't have to cut down all sugar, just watch what you eat. Junk food for instance, has a lot of sugar. You can try cutting down on it. Make sure you always have breakfast, because if you don't it makes you more hungry for lunch and you just eat a lot. Eggs , toast, or cereal are good things to eat for breakfast. There are so many things that you could do to loose weight. Just eat healthy like i said..meat, fruit, vegtables should be in your everyday meals. And excersise!

Its really not that complex i am going through the same thing, i am about 130 wishing to be around 115 and all you have to do is eat normal meals turkey on whole wheat gazpacho(a cold veg soup! and a hot recipe this summer) salads chicken salmon and about a cup of almonds a day the salmon and the almonds are rich in omega 3 a fatty acid that actually helps your skin! and just cut fats,calories,carbs,and sugars out especially sodas and even gatorade and powerade GO FOR WATER! try a luna bar my favorite is nutz over chocolate indulge OCCASIONALY like if you go down to one of your weight goals have one of your favorite snacks!!!Hope i helped <3 ]

BREAKFAST:
3/4 cup Cheerios
1 cup low fat or soy milk.
1 medium banana
SNACK:
20 peanuts
3/4 (6 oz) low-fat plain yogurt
LUNCH:
2 slices whole wheat bread
4 slices turkey breast cold cuts
1 slice of american cheese
1 cup raw carrots
1 tsp. mayonnaise
DINNER:
3 oz. grilled chicken
1 whole wheat tortilla
1 tbsp low fat sour cream
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup cooked brocolli
SNACK:
3/4 cup blueberries
2 small chocolate chip cookies.
total calories = 1600.
Also, excercise and dont eat after 7 PM! ]
