I can't stop masturbating. I am only 13/f and I usually masturbate up to...well let's just say WAAAAAAY more than 3 times a day. I think it's because I get bored, but I still want to stop. I can stop for a little while, but then I think about it, and I start all over again. But it's not only the physical feeling, it's the emotional. I really need advice. And please don't tell me "find a hobby" or "hang out with friends" because no matter where I go, or what I do, I am always horny. Well not ALWAYS, but most of the time. I feel so gross sometimes and I just know that I need to stop. It's way out of control.
The more you masturbate the easier it will be for you to have an orgasnm during sex when you are ready.
Its perfectly normal and your not alone.
It is also easier for you to know how you like to be touched so when the time comes you can show your partner where and how you like to be touched.
A lot of young people and older like to experiment with their bodies.
If you would like to cut down or stop completly try and occupy yourself, surround yourself with other people and make yourself busy, find something else to do to take your mind off of it.

What you could do is plan how much your going to masturbate lets say once a day and then start doing it. Cut to the deal, and do it once a day. After a while your body should get use to how much you masturbate and then you can have more self control. As for boredom, will, just make friends and what have you. Find something other than masturbating that you enjoy. There must be something you enjoy doing other than masturbating, think. Only you can cut down the masturbating, no one else. Daniel.
