Whats going on?
Ok, my hands have all these little spots on them, they hurt, and they itch...the spots are starting to go away but i am still wondering if anyone knows whats going on! I rate high for good advice!

It could possibly be eczema, which is a noncontagious inflammation of the skin, which has redness, itching, and outbreaks could come and go at any time. For now, put an anti-itch cream on it, and see a doctor or dermotologist soon.

Do you get if afer you've been out tanning in the sun or out when it's hot?? Because my sister gets those, and you can go to your doctor and he/she will give you a creme to put on it to clear it up and keep it from coming back. Otherwise, it might be heat rash, had that NOT FUN!!!, to get rid of that you can try like hydrocorizone (sp??) *anti-itch creme* or like Aveeno on it and see if it clears up. i hope this was helpful to you!

Sounds like an allergic reaction..Maybe you put something on your hands you normally don`t use or it could be from like if your hands sweat;;
Nothing to be too worried about unless it doesn`t go away!
