I want to donate 10 inches of hair to Locks of Love. I've done it once and the haircut was free but it was at a really lame haircut place. Do most salons (nicer ones) cut it for free if its for locks of love? how can I know who does and who doesn't? thanks.

The Locks of Love website offers names of many soalons in every area that will give the free hair cut. But, for a more hands on approach you can go to the salons and ask if you really want your hair cut at a certain place. My sister did the same thing as me (cut her hair for locks of love) but, she went to the salon we normally go to and they offered to give her the free hair cut and send in the hair and her haircut (very short!) looked great.
