Hi,
The problem with people and giving up sweets is that when they think they HAVE to give them up they crave them even more. Allow yourself a little, all things in moderation you know. Instead of having a whole brownie have a half of brownie. Instead of having several pieces of candy only have one. If you want to cut it down even more--just eat one special treat one day a week. Good luck, and best wishes on your journey to improving your health.
