Job Interviews (for small stores)

Question Posted Thursday June 8 2006, 8:41 pm

I've been called in to an interview for one of the jobs I applied for, its at Baskin Robbins. Since this is my first job, I'm kind of nervous about this interview. What types of questions do they normally ask?

They usually just ask you if you have had any experience with this type of job and they dont care if you dont. They also ask you want are so qualities that would help them be a better store or resturant. I usually say i am a fats learner or respect everyone around me. They ask if you had previous jobs what was it like and hwat did you do. They dont ask you anything that is worth being nervous about. So dont worry about it

If you have any experience.
School & grades usually.
Sometimes some of your hobbies.
When you are able to work.
If they will be able to depend on & make sure that you arent going to leave the next week.
If you work well with others.

They usually tell you what you will be doing. And if you do get the job there usually is alot of paper work to fill out.

You will be asked about your background, maybe grades, but mostly about how available you are. Make sure that you make yourself available so you can show up for work when they want you to. If you're able to come on the days they want you will probably get the job.

Hi, you'll probaly be asked questions such as:

Why did you pick this job?
Do you have any experience or qualifycations?
What hours or shifts suit you?

Them sort of questions. Remember to feel free to ask questions yourself. Daniel.

usually they'll ask
Why you picked them, what makes you different from the other applicants, why should they choose you over the other applicants, past occupations or experiences, sometimes what activities you're involved in. Things like that, make sure you have eye contact.. but dont like stare at them the whole time.. just relax and pretend like you're talking to one of your friends and the the interview will go a lot more smoother.

hoped I helped!!!

Previous experiances at different places, what you can give to the company, why you want to work there, and perhaps whether you've been convicted of a felony or not. They can ask almost anything, but those are the most common.

previous job experiences and your qualities and skills. since its baskin robins, and you dont need to be a genius to work there (like, no offense, but you know what i mean -- you dont need like a college degree to work there). say your responsible, reliable, etc
