Teen Party Idea

Question Posted Thursday June 8 2006, 5:04 pm

Hey, im nicole 14 almost turning 15 come august. And i really have no idea what i wanna do for my bday. Last year i did lake compouce which is a theme park wit like rollar coasters and stuff if any of you dont know that. And so about 2 months ago i became a promoter at a club.. and i was thinking that for my bday party, renting it out and stuff for a night. but i really think thats more sweet sixteen and i wanna save that for my 16th bday. cause if i do it this year then do it again next year it wont be anything special come sweet sixteen. so anyways does anyone have any ideas for like things to do or places to go for a 15 year old bday party with about maybe 10 people;guys&gurls.

if you do that would be great :)

Thanks, Nicole.

Pool parties are definately the best. Invite about an even number of girls and guys maybe 15-20 people or so? Get tons of junkfood and decorations like balloons and such and just have fun with it. Make everything look crazy with bright colors. The pool will keep everyone entertained for hours and then maybe all of you and your guests could walk somewhere, a bowling alley maybe? Or if you don't want to spend money, walk to a park.

Oh and if you dont have a pool then you could always rent out a community pool for the night or day or throw it at a friends house.

Good luck & have fun!

Lake Compounce? Here in Bristol, Connecticut? :D I've never been there, but suposedly that scene is some true fun.

Other than that, how about the movies? Park? Bowling? Zoo? Laserquest? The club idea sounds like great fun, but I do think it would make for a better sweet sixteenth bash. So why not keep it at home this year? That doesn't mean it has to be dull, just a little bit cheaper. You could rent some movies, pig out on junk food, do make overs, camp out in the backyard, go swimming [if you have a pool, that is] put on a fashion show, sing karaoke and play group games; such as Twister and Trivia Pursuit. You really do have many options, if you get creative.

Or what you could do is make it a themed party. Such as, a mini rave [minus the drugs ;D] Or how about making it like a little ballroom dance kind of thing? Or how about a laua? Is any of that possible?

Also, you neglected to state about how many people will be present, so I'm not exactly sure what to run on here. However, if there's only going to be a few people in attendance, how about going to a resort spa for a few hours? I'm not for certain on the price of that, but could get your finger nails and toe nails done, get soothing facials, a tan, receive a foot and body massage and so on. If you keep you number of guests to a minimum, perhaps you might be able to work things out. (=
