1. They both require a lot of practice & getting ready just like any sport would.

2. The Color Guard's are geeks at my school, but it might be different at other schools. But I think Water Polo is more popular at most schools.

3. Water Polo.

4. Water Polo makes you gain a lot of muscle and it's good for keeping fit. Color guard isn't bad either, but you'd gain more muscle in Water Polo.

Well, you can tell that Water Polo seems like the best choice, but it really depends on your interests.

I have not played Water Polo but know many people who have.

1) Any sport requires 100% dedication, practices, games/performances...etc. So i think both sports would be time consuming.

2) Depends on the school, and whats considered "popular" there, but I would have to say Water Polo.

3) Probably Water Polo because your swimming with a heavy ball in your hand.

4) Waterpolo for sure. All my friends complain about the soreness but get a lot more muscle and lose weight through water polo.

So water polo is the obvious, but do what you like!

Water Pollo is the answer to all of those questions. The only problem is that usually you have to wake up VERY early even in the summer for conditioning.

My friend is a colorguard and I do not know what to tell you in comparason to water polo but i do know that she is gone almost everyweekend either out of state at shows, or at practice. she practices from like 10 in the morning till like 8 at night and it is sometimes both days of the weekend, she comes in very tired from this too. i hope this helps with the time restraints!
