I personally, have not been on a rollar coaster my whole life. i tried one actually and i felt like i was going to die. You can't pressure her, because she might not be ready. i know it sounds silly, but people have different phobias. i think the best thing to do is to support her descions. i think its better to let her try the rollarcoasters when she's ready. i pretty sure it'll be more fun that way. hope you have fun!

And even though it is a rollercoaster park, I have some friends who wont ride the roller coasters. Some people are just terrified of things--- like me and ferris wheels--- like roller coasters. What I did once was work their way up: We started by putting my little brother on a small rollercoaster at a local fair. We moved to slightly larger rollercoasters then. It was fine, but it took some time for him to get used the speed and so it was great that we worked up. If I were you, I would suggest trying this; its better than going to a roller coaster park and going on no rides!!
Hope this helps
