Question Posted Tuesday June 6 2006, 7:49 pm

umm.. i dont know what this goes under but...
you know how girls dance at parties like they move their hips around a lot so it looks like they're a wave or something?

like im the only one that can't dance at my school. at my school dances like the girls are like all back to back w/ each other and moving their hips but i don't know how 2 do that.

like my body's too stiff and it's not loose or whatever. can you tell me how to do it or give me a website that has a video of girls dancing at a party like that or something? plzzz i rate high!!!

hey ive made dances at my school for talent shows and taught them all how to booty dance...mabey your problem is that your a lil too skinny or your bootys a lil small look ...to move your butt right stand with all your weight on one leg and the other legs just normally on the ground....like one of your legs are bended in a way.thenjust have your back strait and puch your ass to the right then go back then make your way to the left in a circular way try...its not easy but practice makes perfect and to booty dance just pop your butt out back and your chest up...good luck

If I were you, I'd either dance how you normally dance or I'd watch them and try to mimick it. Maybe a friend of yours who can dance like that can teach you. Hope this helps!

so ill take it tht you wanna freak dance? its really fun once you get into it. The only muscle you really need to use are your thighs, and maybe your calfs. ya, this is gunna sound kinda weird, but move your but in a U shape. To do this, you need to bend your knees and flow from side to side.

Start on one side with your knees bent- for this example, we'll start from the left side of the U.

Left side/stance: If your short then dont bend em too far, but if your tall bend them more.

Middle/lowest point in U: then as you start to go to the other side, bend you knee lower so your but is a little closer to the floor. That part is the lowest point in the U.

Right side: Then unbend your knees as you go up the right side of the U so you are at the same height as you were at the left side of the U.

Thats the hip movement. As far as where youre hands go, if your in back put them in the hips of the girl infront of you. (the guy should neva be infront of you, only behind you or you facing him.) If youre in front and the person's hands behind you are on your hips, either lay your hands on the sides of your thighs, or over their hands. If your facing another girl, lace fingers and hold them up about as high as your nose. If youre facing someone up close or your in back you usually need to bend youre knees more than when youre infront.

Ex's and Oh's,
brittany
