Eighth Grade Speech.
I have to give this Eighth Grade Speech tomorrow on my four years at my school. I have no idea what to write. Any ideas or like advice I could give?

Here are some choices that might help ya'....Hope you like.
1) Will we think about tomorrow like we think about now?
Can we survive it out there?
Can we make it somehow?
I guess I thought that this would never end
And suddenly it's like we're women and men
Will the past be a shadow that will follow us 'round?
Will these memories fade when I leave this school
I just have to keep in mind as class of 2006, WE RULE!
2) Put some humor in your speech-- "I think sleeping was my problem in school. If school had started at 4:00 in the afternoon, I'd be a college graduate today."
3) Close your speech with humor to, something like- "If opportunity doesn't knock, build a door." or "if opportunity does not knock on the door... then run on the other side and knock then run back."

hey. just remember to make it fun and up beat, no one wants a boring speech. tell them to have the time of their lives and to always follow their hearts. tell them to make smart descisions and take actions that will affect their life in positive ways. bring up fun time that the school has had and let them remember what great times they had at that school. here are some sites that you can look at:

Well I'm just entering High School. And what I liked the most when high schools came to talk was when they just talked. NO speech..almost had no clue what to say and we asked them questions. And please one request..when the High Schools came they were groups of friends and they would alwasy talk about inside jokes like "AH OMG and class what ever you do don't _____ in Mrs./Mr. _____ class hahahah..remember _____ when we did that HAHAHAH" its really annoying because you could really care less aobut their inside jokes and stuff...Well I don't think I really help but I tired lol.

no one wants to hear a buttered up speech about how wonderful the past 4 years has been.
but dont make it too harsh.
comment on the good, some bad and make sure to mention your favorite parts of school.
