Are they round white dots?
Do they itch?
If they are, I have these too. I can't remember the name of em, but they're a fungus type thing you get from sun exposure. I told my doctor, and I got special shampoo cream to put on em. They were completley gone in 3 days of using the shampoo. =D

It could be eczema or an allergic reaction. I think that you should apply some hydrocortisone cream to the affected area and it will get better. You can buy the hydrocortisone cream from any store and itz not expensive. If you used your shower gel for while and there were no problems before then you're probably not allergic to your shower gel. If you just started using the shower gel, that could of been the cause. There is a possiblity that your skin could also be reacting to the weather or your skin could be dry.

If itz eczema, it is probably caused by:
-Exposure to allergens, such as pollen, dust mites, animal dander, or molds.
-Exposure to irritants, such as using soaps, rubbing the skin, and wearing wool.
-Exposure to workplace irritants, such as fumes and chemicals.
-Climate factors, especially winter weather and low humidity. Cold air does not contain much moisture, which can result in drier skin and increased itchiness.
-Temperature changes. Sudden changes in temperature can result in increased itchiness. A suddenly higher temperature may bring on sweating, which can cause itching. Lying under blankets, entering a warm room, or going from a warm shower into colder air can all promote itching.
-Emotional stress. Emotions such as frustration or embarrassment may lead to increased itchiness and scratching.
-Exposure to certain foods, typically eggs, peanuts, milk, soy, or wheat products. Up to 40% of children with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis also have some type of food allergy.2 However, experts do not agree on whether foods can cause atopic dermatitis.
-Excessive washing. Repeated washing dries out the top layer of skin, leading to drier skin and increased itchiness, especially in the winter months when humidity is low.

Hope that I helped!

Think back on the last week or two and think about anything you have changed. Are you using a new soap or shampoo or laundry detergent? Did you spend a lot of time in the sun? Did you wear a new shirt?

If you changed anything, try not using that thing again and see if they go away on their own. If they don't, or you can't think of anything you've done differently, I'd see a doctor just to make sure everything is ok and maybe set up an allergy test.

i would say its an allergic reaction.. and because its allergy season its hard to tell what it is from.. if you are using a new shower gel then yes its prob that.

to get rid of it basically you can take stuff like benadryl and wash the area off with water to make sure you get all the soap or whatever was bothering your skin off
