my friend is having sex ..
Okay one of my good friends recently told me she lost her virginity to this guy.. her boyfriend, but its like she doesnt "love" him, and I know she already has made a mistake since her boyfriends ex girlfriend is pregnant and already has a kid. But she says she likes it, but it was awkard, and I dont want her to wreck her life and get pregnant. I know its her choice, and the consquences that she gets are probably what she deserves, I guess its just hard to watch a friend go through something I know is not going to be permanant. She is 14, and ahhh I dont really think she sees that shes going to regret this..
But I dont know, is there anything I can say to her, just to be like .. to just make sure shes extra careful? I'm sorry if this is a dumb question, I'm just freaking out. :S

Its not at all a dumb question. Don't know if there is a good answer to it, but it isn't dumb!
If I were you, I would encourage her to always carry a condom with her. Her boyfriend has already proved himself to be irresponsible.
I don't know if there is anything you can say to make her see he isn't worth it. He will probably
break her heart sooner or later. Lets hope for sooner and be done with it! She is going to regret it one day. You are right about that.
I guess you will just have to be there for her when it happens. In the mean time, make sure she knows all about birth control and STDs. Paint a picture of what life will be like should she get pregnant. Young girls tend to romanticise it instead of looking at having to pay bills and buy groceries. Making payments on a car and maintaining one...all that real life stuff.
Once you do that, you've done all you could do. The rest is up to her. If you know her mom you might let slip about the pregnant ex he has. Maybe she will do something about it.
Good luck with it. Just do your best and know you tried at least. Its all you can do. :)
