Hi, I am beginning to get chubby. I eat sooooo much and try sooo hard not to, but i just cant stop.
Its making me depressed and i dont know how to stop. what do i do?

I've heard that sometimes people who eat a lot may be depressed, so u mite want to figure out if there is something thats bothering you. You coould go to a physcologist, but that wouldnt be my choice bcus personally, i dont like spilling my thots to some wacko who i dont even know. to stop, you can try to make a list / organizer about your diet. Treat yourself with your junk food every TWO WEEKS (not day) that you followed your "eating chart" correctly. You should also stay active in activities and sports as much as possible to take ur mind off food, and plus, i'll help you lose weight. hope this helps

KELLY_ELIZABETH answered Friday June 2 2006, 5:59 pm: people tend to eat when their bored. put a picture of a really pretty girl with a nice body on your fridge dorr so everytime your see it - you wont want to eat anymore. also replace all those fatty foods with healthy ones. drink lots water when your hungry too. and make your portion sizes at dinner or something smaller. also start working out, not a lot - just a little to feel liek you have actually done something. good luck
