my friends boyfriend
Ok well I have a friend lets call her kim and she is f/15 and she is a freshman but she is going out with a senior that is 18 is this illegal? And if it helps I know that they have had sex and about everything in the book. But I just wanted to know if it was allowed or not she asked me and I had NO idea. Thanks ahead for your help! I rate high

shes a minor, and hes not. since they are sexually active, yes it is illegal.

of course its not legal but i think its up to your friend to take any serious actions in desciding what to do ((i dont mean not help though if she needs it ))

I'm 15 and my boyfriend is 18, but my parents love love love him and they don't mind, so the dating isn't illegal. When they have sex they're illegal, any intamacy is illegal, but if her parents know about their relationship as boyfriend & girlfriend, I'm sure they know she atleast kisses her boyfriend. So it kinda depends.

dating is not illegal, but being sexually active is. its fine dating and all, but sex should be out of the question, unless both boy and girls parents are fine with the intamacy.

Dating is not the issue. Sex however could be.
If her parents wanted to push the issue he could get in trouble for having sex with a minor (underage) female. :)
