Find yourself a great facial scrub like an almond scrub for example and scrub your face with it. Follow the scrub by taking a washcloth and soaking it in really hot water, but not boiling. Put it on the infected areas until it starts to cool, then do it again. Do this in a relaxed position such as lying down. Then take two Q-tips and try squeezing them. They should extract easily, but if not you quit. You don't want to squeeze too hard because it could create scaring. You also don't want to use your fingers if you can help it. After you've finished and you if you still have some you want to work on, then go back to the wash cloth step and repeat. What you are trying to accomplish is bringing all of the toxins to the surface that are trying to get out and loosening the surface area to make for an easier extraction. After a few attempts and some blackheads remain stubborn then quit for this first attempt. You don't want to overwork the area. Now that you've unclogged the area you don't want to clog them back up. What you want to do is make a cleanser of 1 part raw apple cider vinegar to 2 parts water and wash your face it. So that means that if you use 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar you want to add 1/2 cup of water to it. This will bring your skin back to it's natural PH factor. Do this at night and go to bed w/o putting anything on your face. This gives it a chance to stay clean. The next mornings put egg whites on your face for 15 minutes and then wash it off. You will notice that your pores will shrink and your skin will feel fantastic after using egg whites. Then apply make-up and go.

Namaste!

alright well,
you could try some new facial cleansers.
or if they're really bad, maybe you should check out going to the dermatologists to get a special medication for your blackheads, i'm not exactly sure how bad they are.
but check around in walmart, drugstores,or some sort of grocery store? and look for stuff that is made just for removing blackheads. :]
try that, and read the back of the boxes or tubes or whatever to find out which one you think would remove them the best.

Normally I just squeeze them out but the problem is that they keep coming back- if you're a girl I would suggest buying some foundation to even out your skin tone- you can't really get "rid" of them- but there are some good skin cleansers. I use a product called cetaphil- it's a light cleanser that's not too harse and it removes makeup as well. You might want to also try drinking a lot of water- that helps to clear the skin- also sitting in the steam room at the pool or gym clears the pores.
