Am I Fat?
Okay. Well, I just turned 13, and I'm 5'7. The average weight for a person that is 5'7 is 135 lbs. I'm 130 but I feel over weight. I ask people that I know would tell me the truth if I was fat and they say no. I have large breasts as well, would that be a reason?

You are a perfectly normal weight. Believe me. ^^
Also, having large breasts may make you feel overweight, because clothing doesn't fit right. I know how you feel in that respect. But look on the bright side! Most girls would do almost anything for your chest. ^^

Okay. First of all, big breasts mean nothing. It just means that you went through puberty faster than some other girls. No, you are not fat. If you're under the average weight, you're underweight. By only 5 pounds. Your weight is fine, nothing to worry about. I'm someone who should be worried. I'm 13, I'm 5 ft exact, and I'm only 78 pounds. Can you say malnourishment? I know! Well anyway, it's natural to be concious of yourself. Your at a stage in your life where you be concerned about everything about yourself, and what people comment about you makes it worst. STop worrying!

i dont think that big boobs make that much of a difference in your weight. it's because you're tall. i'm around 5'2 and i'm just about as tall as most of my friends. don't worry,i bet you're not fat.

Well Im 13 and 5'7 too.Yes, breast actullay weigh alot so that is the reason why you weigh 130.But at our age we shouldnt be worrying about how much we weigh.On how much you weigh shouldnt matter as long you feel good about yourself and think you are fine the why you are dont do the stupid things must young teens do which is....not eating.Well try doing easy workouts as maybe in the afternoons walking with friends outside.Going to the mall and walking around.Laugh<--That makes you burn lots of calories.Well I hope this helps you out : )

I'm going to be truthful, you're not fat. Every girl feels overweight, it's just our nature. But never look at national averages, because America is fat and the average will be fat. And never look at some guideline because the guidelines have too many variables such as, muscle content, breast size, and bone density.
The only reason I say you are skinny without seeing you is that you are pretty tall and 135 is not a heavy weight for somebody of that height. If you feel bigger just tone up your body muscles, but i assure you you are not overweight.

Well let me put it this way...You're under the weight you're supposed to be. You're good friends tell you the truth and they say no. And...if you have large breast- remember, they weigh a certain amount too. I've never seen you but from what you've said about yourself...I would say defenitely not.

I have one of the taller friends too. She weighs 132 and last time we checked she is 5'6. She has this same problem but the thing is.. at my pool parties.. she is pretty much the ONLY one who looks good in a swimsuit, and ALL the boys are on love with her. TRUST ME. you are NOT overweight.

No your are not fat. Your are at a perfectly healthy weight for you. The problem is most girl always feel as though they are bigger then they actually are. Trust me when I was your age almost 10 years ago I felt that I was fat too. I look at old pictures and realize it's not true. Larger breast also can make you feel fatter because I too have large breast it runs in my family. So don't worry about your weight because like I said your perfectly healthy.
