thanks for the advice... to answer your concern...

Question Posted Wednesday May 31 2006, 10:30 pm

yes, you are right. my sister is married too. she's in fact been married longer than I have. Yeah, I know my relationship with my husband seems a lot more open than hers with her husband.Yeah, I know I'm too honest with her. I would keep it to myself if she didn't ask me those type of questions from her like, "How much does your husband know about me?". She knows that I just can't lie to her (or most people for that matter), so I guess that's in a way her taking that for granted. It does seem like she can't handle the truth.

thanks again for your advice. i very much appreciate it.

No problem at all. She just needs to realize you don't keep secrets from your husband. Reassure her that he isn't going to tell anyone anything you tell him in confidence. Its possible she could be embarrassed around him if she feels he knows things. She will get over it.

If she decides not to tell you things as a result, guess there isn't much you can do about it. I'll bet it won't last if she decides to do that. Sisters just have a way of talking to each other about things. :)
