PLZ just dont be one of those girls thinking they have to change for a guy they like if he likes you , he likes you for who you are I know it sounds cheesy and a typical mom answer but seriously think about it, he said you were hott when you were just like this, not skinny, or prettier, make sense? so if he really likes you then dont change, first of all he will think your desprate if you wanna make that big of a change for a guy and the other girls will make fun of you and by the way you cannot lose wait like really soon, it takes time I understand you reallylike him and that you wanna lose weight any way, but dont do it for him, do it for yourself! :P hope i helped! go to MY myspace its greenday_fan_06@yahoo.com plz add me we could talk on there:D [ fashion_frenzy06's advice column | Ask fashion_frenzy06 A Question ]
Nallie answered Thursday June 1 2006, 8:13 pm: Crunches are the best for flattening the abs, but really you are not fat. If a person likes you for you..then it shouldn't be a concern. If they don't like you for a couple of extra pounds, they aren't worth losing weight for! I know this is important to you, but you really need to be careful with older boys. Someone your own age would be much better. If you like the boy, don't worry about your weight or what your friends say. Just have fun! That's what is important at your age...fun! Eustachius answered Thursday June 1 2006, 1:55 am: When they are jealous, girls (especially the ex of the guy you like) can be downright vicious. She did that not because she THINKS you're "fat," but to upset you. She's probably pretty mad about the thought of you with her ex.
The relationship asside, don't just change yourself because some random jealous female told you that you're "fat." This guy you like doesn't seem to be bothered by the way you look, either. So if you want to change the way you look, do it because YOU want to, not just to conform to someone else's ideas.
Personally, for workouts I like Tae-Bo. It's fast, fun, and can get you fit fast! It's a workout that involves punching and kicking motions done in time to music. If you're not familiar it, you might be able to get a video at the library about Tae-Bo. Just do it for about a half hour 2-3 times a week.
One more thing... Choose between these two guys. Don't leave both of them on the edge or go very long without telling them what's happening. It might be hard to tell "Carl" that you like someone else, but it has to be done if you want to keep your relationship. Be straightforward, be honest.
