I feel that I really need to lose some weight on my inner thighs, stomach, and upper arms. What should I do? Are there any spefic exercises? Anything I should stop eating or start to eat? I'm totally clueless on what I need to do so please help and I will rate!

Well i have the same problem but lucky for me my bro is a body builder lol. Anyway what i've started doin lately is lunges. eat healthy & exercise, since everybody's bodies are different, I cant give you specfic exercises you know?
