LiLMAMAx answered Wednesday July 30 2008, 2:45 pm: The reason your hair does this is because of humidity. My hair use to do the same thing until I bought the Remington Wet to Straight. It's a hair straightener and it takes the frizz out of your hair. I also use Tresseme Heat Recovery shampoo & conditioner then I spray the Tresseme Heat Recovery Spray on my hair before I straighten it. It helps prevent your hair from "poofing" and frizzing when you walk outside. Trust me, it works! ♥ [ LiLMAMAx's advice column | Ask LiLMAMAx A Question ]

Well my hair used to be like that...
looked great when I was done but when i walked outside it went: "poof"! anyways now it doesn't (it's not perfect, but it looks good)...
I use with my hair damp, mark heat styling protection, then I use a bit of sunsilk cream for straight hair (if you have a doubt on this let me know), or pantene for straight hair (which is also a cream). whichever i find first. Then i straighten it and put some avon drops (or something like that)...
And this works just fine!
Any doubt on the products just inbox me!
toodles
