MAKEUP PROBLEMS
I have light brown hair, blue eyes, and light skin. I need to know what color eyeliner is best for me and how i should apply it, and what kind i should get. Also, what color mascara and what kind do you reccomend (brands, etc.)

the best color eyeliner i would say for a brunette would be a soft brown color or even play it up and use blue eyeliner on the top of your eyelid and on the little flap of skin under your eyelid. i have blue eyes so i always wear blues or green eyeliners to play up a cute outfit.. i would def. reccomend lashexact by maybelline.. it's in a purple bottle you can find it at walmart, target, or any of those stores.. its only about 6 dollars so have fun! <3

You want a golden color eyeshadow, a brown or dark brown eyeliner applied from mid lid to outside corner of the eye and for dramatic lashes, black mascara. If your eyes are smaller, don't apply the liner along the bottom lash line and go for a thiner line along the top lash line.
If your eyes are large or wide, go for a thicker line and line the bottom lashes.
Find a sheer pinky lip gloss.

I recommend black eyeliner..&& black mascara.. because you have blue eyes gosh that black would bring it out && make your eyes look amazing!!
I recommend the brands covergirl && mary kay in those && pencil is better in eyeliner.. Also i recommend wearing maybe some eyeshadow along with it but if thats over doing it then don`t do it..But if you consider my request then light colors would go great..
Applying eyeliner isn`t really that hard maybe practicing will help..[[it did for me]] But depeding on where you`d like to apply it this how you`d do it..
-Above bottom eyelashes..Take the pencil && lighty go over the thin white line above your bottom eye lashes be careful not to poke yourself in the eye..Keep applying until its as dark as you want..Take your time && don`t rush..
this is the one i recommend && i think it looks the best with the top eyelashes done too..
-Below bottom eye lashes..Same as above but its below the eyelashes..[[Most likely not to poke yourself in the eye]] Make sure its kinda sharp for this one..
-Above top eyelashes..You make sure the pencil is sharp && draw a thin line above the top eyelashes like on your eyelids..People have the most trouble with this one..But it takes time && practice..

their isn't really a color eyeliner that is best for anyone..it's just what you like on you the best =)
well if it helps i have dirty hair blue eyes and semi-tan skin and i use dark brown or light blue eyeliner.
for mascara i use covergirl multiplying mascara or covergirl waterproof mascara. it looks really good! why not give it a try?

hey. any brown shade of eyeliner would be good. i use Maybeline "Unstopable". it stays on all day and doesnt smudge much. here is a site that you can look at:
