only three weeks left Okay im not fat or really over weight, i just want to loose like 5 or 6 pounds (get a flat stomach)i want to have a flat stomach by the time camp starts which is in like 3 or 4 weeks! i did loose like three pounds but i was stupid and i totally piged out last weekend and gained it back! does any one have any good tips on how to slim down fast. any diet rules or foods you know that are low calorie and taist good or any thing? i running out of time!

Sit ups. Lots of sit ups. Excercise, eat well, and don't worry about it. ]

For exercise:
Do some sort of cardio (running, dance, swimming). It's the best way to shed off the pounds. Do this 4-5 times a week and you will loose the weight in no time.
For diet:
You also have to watch what you eat. Don't go on some crash or starvation diet, just eat in moderation. Also make sure you eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. Eat good carbs (whole grain products), and cut down a bit on the sweets. Instead of going for a ice cream cone, go for an apple instead.
