Emancipation

Can you get emancipated from a sibling? And if so..have you heard anyone who has done that?

You can't get emancipated from a sibling unless they are your caretaker.

No you can't.

Being emancipated is only from your parents. You need to be at least 16 years of age and have a court order in order to be emancipated from your parents. If you are 18, then you can legally leave your home regardless of any circumstances.
