Haha just chill out. Its their job to do that. If you can't, dont worry about it!! But you could ask your hairdresser for the product she uses in your hair and ask where you can buy it. Most of the time you can buy it right at the salon. There mostly pretty pricey becuase they are such high quality, but hey its worth the great hair!

ask the people who gave you the haircut how they made it so shiny and soft ]
hey, well leave in conditioner protects your hair from natural oils around us everday. so use leave in conditioner [ preferable from paul mitchell ]. use the paul mitchell extra lather shampoo too. even if your not straightening your hair use redken straightening balm. it helps tame frizz and make your hair flatter and less poofy. i would just take a regular brush [ not round ] and brush thorught you hair while blow drying it on hot/high. then if your hair isnt naturally straight there might be some curly/wavy areas. go over those areas with a straightener but dont go over it too much. cait♥ ]
ok... now blow it with a hair dyer .. fast.. get under the hair... aroung it.. take a comb.. lift up a part with it and blow in between hair... and comb while you're blow drying to get that effect.. also.. i know combing or just plain blow drying.. having to hold it while your arm is strecthing to get to your head hurts.. so that's why salon people do it better cause they dont have to reach behind they're heads. ]
