hello. this is a very serious situation. and to get help maybe when you get that feeling, go get a glass of water, or get a stress ball. (you can get those at target, walmart, etc.) do something after shcool, maybe a sport, or a club. hang out with friends. do something to get you up and about. anything to get your mind off of that. i dont know if this will help, but i sure hope so.
hope this helped. =]

you obviously cut for a reason.. and it may be stress. so whenever you are stressed out, try to do things that can calm you down. you could always talk to someone you trust like a best friend or a guidance counselor at your school. you can also go see a doctor or something and they may help you out. good luck!

Wow um if I were you I'd go to a doctors, doesn't matter what you used to cut yourself with...you could be seriously ill. People that cut can lead themselves to blood poisioning, loosing an arm and something else...Please go see a doctor.

You may get sick of hearing it but you really should talk to a proffesional about it. I did the same thing, (the cutting part) and I'm so glad I did what I did. Just talk to someone you trust and tell them what's up. My guess is you do this because of stress. I know it helps, but do you really want a scar there the rest of your life. Think about it, don't you get more stressed later when you realize whaqt you did to yourself? Cutting or scratching yourself with a needle is not the way to go about doing it.

hey! well im glad you stopped cutting, that's a really good thing. now you are scratching yourself with a needle... hmm ok that's deffinitely not good at all, because you can infect your skin so badly and all kinds of bacteria can get in there and cause all kinds of problems. you could try the rubber band thing, where you put one around your wrists and just pull it and snap on it. you can also throw out all needles and sharp objects out and keep them away from your room. try not to seclude yourself in your room and try and be around people when you are in the house, or at least keep the door open so you can't do things like that! lastly, try talking to someone about your problems in order to release your pain in a healthy way, and not by hurting yourself. doing that only causes an extra problems on top of all your problems and doesn't solve anything in the long term, so you should deffinitely stop. if you can't do it on your own, talk to someone you trust like a parent or a councelor and get help asap! everything will be so much better! remember that no matter what happens, things can always be worse, and your problems are really not as bad as they seem. one day you will look back on these days and realize that! if you need any more help at all, send a question to my inbox! good luck :)
