run or jump rope every day, do crunches every other day, drink a LOT of water, have smaller meals every 3 hours instead of 3 big meals a day and DON'T skip breakfast, and cut out all junk food and soda! drink low fat milk and water instead of coke, go for proteins like grilled skinless chicken breast (instead of fried) and fish, and eat a lot of fruits and veggies!! :) good luck! herbivore answered Monday May 22 2006, 7:59 pm: hey. yes i do think that this is possible. my tips are to drink PLENTY of water, avoid snacking inbetween meals (especially unhealthy ones), eat lots of fruits and veggies (like 3 servings of each everyday), and exercise for at least 30 minutes a day. here are some sites that you can look at:
