How do I go about getting a job? I'm 15. What kind of jobs can I get? And for the interview, what questions do they ask? [I'm VERY shy and I want to be prepared to answer]

at my school we started this fake company but we still raised money.. but anyway my business teacher said they would ask these questions... why are you applying for this job? What are you qualities? what experience have you had? why did tyou choose this company to work at? they would ask you 'what IF' questions.. since your 15.. you should start at a department store... ice cream shop... towel girl at beach... dont get into the fast food business they sometimes treat you badly and other workers could be lazy and leave you like my mom experienced when she was a teen.. her co-workers at mcdonalds left her ALL the time..
