You lose 8-13 lbs in the first two weeks, and 1-3 lbs a week after that.

pootietang answered Sunday May 21 2006, 11:23 pm: My mom came home with a diet plan that helps you lose 10 pounds in 3 days. YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW THE PLAN EXACTLY. NO SUBSTITUTIONS OF FOOD! And yes, this is completely healthy and doctor recommended.
Day One
-Breakfast: 1/2 grapefruit, 2 tbspoons peanut butter, 1 slice of dry toast, and black coffee/tea/water
-Lunch: 1/2 cup tuna, 1 slice of toast, and black coffee/tea/water
-Dinner: 3 oz meat (any kind), 1 cup green beans, 1 cup beets, 1 small apple, 1 cup vanilla ice cream, and black coffee/tea/water
Day Two
-Breakfast: 1 hard boiled egg, 1 slice of dry toast, 1 banana, and black coffee/tea/water
-Lunch: 1 cup cottage cheese, 5 saltines, and black coffee/tea/water
-Dinner: 2 hot dogs, 1/2 cup broccoli, 1/2 cup carrots, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream, and black coffee/tea/water
Day Three
-Breakfast: 5 saltine crackers, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 1 small apple, and black coffee/tea/water
-Lunch: 1 hard boiled egg, 1 slice of toast, and black coffee/tea/water
-Dinner: 1 cup tuna, 1 cup beets, 1 cup cauliflower, 1/2 cup cantaloupe, 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream, and black coffee/tea/water
General Rules:
1. Salt and pepper may be used, but no other seasonings/condiments may be used
2. The diet is to be used 3 days at a time
3. After 3 days of dieting, eat normal foods for 4 days. Don't overeat
5. Do not snack between meals
6. After 4 days, start back on the 3 day diet
