Melody answered Monday June 8 2009, 10:34 pm: I'm not overweight, but i'm not healthy. I have a really pudgy belly, so I have been doing a certain regimen for the past week or so.
I do a beginner's yoga video, medium cardio jazzercise video, and a 2 minute ab workout regimen video. All are on youtube. Do it daily for about a month, and you should see results. It's not a hard workout, so it takes longer, but it makes me feel healthier. So try that. [ Melody's advice column | Ask Melody A Question ]

You may not be done growing yet but make sure you grow up & not outwards (so sorry if that came out wrong) but of course there are some fun things to do. The gym has a lot of neat different machines to offer so check out some of your local gyms.. I only pay $20 a month while my friend pays $10 a month and another one pays $4.95 a month! Good luck sweetie! [ bAhAmAmA0250's advice column | Ask bAhAmAmA0250 A Question ]
thequotablepatella answered Monday June 8 2009, 3:02 am: Your BMI is slightly at the high end of the normal range (google BMI for a calculator for your own reference), but certainly nothing to worry too much about. If you really think that you need to lose the weight for health reasons, then you could always do some exercising (walk for 30-45 minutes every other day, for example) and a cut your calorie intake by a couple hundred calories a day. The odds are that you're not as fat as you think you are. [ thequotablepatella's advice column | Ask thequotablepatella A Question ]
MorningSunshine answered Monday June 8 2009, 1:21 am: DANCE YOUR ASS OFF !
Turn up the music, and let yourself gooooo!
After 1 song you cant believe how much youre sweating! It's greatttt cardio.. and then always finish off with strength training.. you could also go jogging with a friend because that always motivates you to do better ( you guys could compete and see who loses more by the end of 2 weeks ) . Either way set short goals for yourself, and reward yourself in short intervals instead of saying "After this month i will give myself a 'free' day of eating anything i want.."
Better yet, eat a small piece of pie/cake/sugary snack/whatever you like at the end of the day.. SMALL .. NOT BIG !
