well my family isnt the richest in the world but im ok with that. i mean we aren't poor at all, it's just that i live in a town where probably 75 percent of the people there are really wealthy. everyone here wheres all these really cute clothes and i'm like where did you get those, and their like (this isnt the real name of the store) store b. well i go there and it's like a expensive store and most people here can afford to buy their wardrobe here. my parents said they will buy me something there once in a while but not always. i really want to find out how i can somehow make money to buy these cute clothes cause i love literally everything in there but i can't buy alot of stuff there. i dont want to get stuff there cause everyone else does but because i love the clothes!!

It may seem like you would be embarassed, but in reality, they would probably be kinda envious, because you would get to see first hand whats going to come out, and other such things. loves2shop86 answered Sunday May 21 2006, 4:11 pm: hey! hmm ok as far as making money, im not sure how old you are but you can always try and get a job at that store! that way you will get discounts for working there and the clothes will be cheaper... but you should ask how old you have to be to work there! if that doesn't work, then you can always get a job somewhere else... grocery store, fast food restaurant, a store at the mall... wherever they are hiring. Or if you really want to do this, you can try going around to different houses in the neighbourhood and ask to mow the lawn or help do gardening for them and make some money. Or if you have some sort of a talent... like painting or cooking, you can use it to make some money! try and get creative!
lastly, i want to add that you don't have to shop at this store to look cute and have nice clothes. i have people asking me ALL the time where i got my clothes, and i don't spend a lot of money on them! i shop at ALL stores, and i usually go straight to the sale rack! i go shopping all the time and i have soo much stuff so i can't afford to blow 40 dollars on a shirt every time! plus, styles change almost every month so why waste so much money on something you might only wear a few times?
a lot of stores like 579 and wet seal get their ideas for clothes from stores like arden b, which is really expensive. so instead of buying a shirt at arden b for 50 dollars, you can get one (at regular price) at a store like wet seal for 15... and even for 5 dollars if its on sale! and their clothes are soo cute and trendy! check out wet seal, 579, chatlotte russe, hollister and AF, rampage, rainbow, rave, macy's, body central... there are soo many! the important thing is to go to many different stores and pick out the cutest things from each one!
plus, you don't want to shop at the one store where everyone else gets their clothes because then you will look like everyone else and have the same stuff they have! that's boring... if you shop all around the place, no one will be able to copy you and you will have your own unique clothes which everyone will love. it's ok to splurge every now and then on something you really love, but i don't think it's worth it to spend all your money on 2 shirts from an expensive store when you can buy 10 just as cute ones from somewhere else! :) have fun shopping around! let me know if you need more help!
