Eyeliner--will rate 5's for good answers
Hello,
For night make-up how shoul you apply eyeliner(black) around the entire eye..or just one lid or what?

Thick on the top and thin on the bottom.
my favorite is..
a thick line on the outer side of the eye
and a thin line on the watermark.
and lots of mascara near the thick line

For night time, I think make-up should look a little fancier.Soo, I would do a somewhat thick line on the top, and a much thinner, yet still noticeable, line on the bottom.

Using eyeliner is mostly always good for the bottom lid and ONLY the bottom lid. It really brings out your eyes. When I did that, I got so many compliments. I hope this works out for you too.

well wt i always do if im going out in the nite time i put the eyeliner on the top&bottom lids then i line on the eyelid like above the eye. 1st i put it inside the eye if u understand wt i mean then the top of the eye.i think it looks super hot and casual 4 an awesome date or just hanging out w/friends
