dog throwing up blood

my toy breed 4.5lb 1 1/2 years old is throwing up blood what can I do?

There is nothing you can do in any case like this besides bringing him to the vet. It can be caused by a huge number of things, so no one on this site will be able to narrow it down to one thing.

Vets immediately! It could have swallowed something that has pierced her stomach, etc. or it be even more serious. Either way a small dog, like a baby, cannot afford to lose much blood before it's too late to do anything more for it.
