I'm exactly the same way. My mom keeps so much unhealthy food in my house, we just have cabinets of cheetos, and chips, and pretzels, and cookies. It's absolutely ridiculous. Let's just say its VERY hard to keep a diet. However, thats where will power and self disipline comes in. I know its hard to keep away, but if you try I know you can do it. Also, you can ask your mom to stop buying the unhealthy foods, that way you won't be tempted to eat them. If other people in your house eat those foods, ask your mom to buy you healthier choices that would appeal to you more than those sweets. Then you'll have something healthier to satisfy your craving. Hope this helps.
