i get good grades in class but the only time i hurt myself and my grades are when i get very lazy to do my hw i always wait till the last minute...is there anyway i can prevent laziness??or do my hw when im suppose to??
careless-fun answered Wednesday May 17 2006, 6:49 pm: Imagine the end result if you do your homework. Get in a mind set where you think "If I just do my hw my grades will continue to be good". If that doesn't work then think about the end result if you don't do your homework. Get yourself in a mind set where you are thinking "If I don't do my hw then my grades are going to drop, parents are going to be dissapointed and I am going to be sad" Having the right mind set makes it tens times more easier to do. Lets say you have homework due the next day but you've been dying to answer this question from advicenators...go for the homework so you have the rest of the day to do whatever you want.
Do this everytime and after a while, it wont seem hard at all!
Just put it in your head that school's almost over, you'll have the whole summer to relax if you just work really hard this next month or so. And also you cant fail, becuase failing bad!
