Question Posted Tuesday May 16 2006, 6:43 pm

i have this picture i like of me. and i want to put it on my site. but it says the file size is too big. and that it cant go over 15K. if i make it any more smaller - your not gonna be able to see it. is there a way to change the size [ k ] without making my picture smaller? or if its just a little smaller - it should be fine too. pleasehelppp.

You could use HTML to put it under "Profile Settings". You know where you talk about yourself..."Hi I'm _____ and I have a cute little puppy and I like giving advice"

Well go to www.photobucket.com, sign up.
Log in and Upload your picture(s).
Under your picture, it should say "URL" w/ a long url Copy that URL.
Use this code under profile settings.

*img src= URL HERE*

Replace first * with < and last * with >
It wont work if you dont replace the *
Replace URL HERE with the actual URL.

The picture should show up on your column, however the "We'd love to see a picture of you!" still shows up, so maybe put an icon in that spot?

another easy way is to go to my pictures
and pick the picture you want, right click it and in the menu it will say "resize pic" for myspace i usually do small. because its perfect, but you can also custom size it.

Well theres two ways you can do it,go to your file and click on the picture and right click and do "edit" and go to image at the top and click on "stretch and screw" then where it says stretch at the top instead of doing 100 percent on each delete the first two 100s and do 50 % for each then do "save" and then when you go to the site it should work.An easier way i think is if you go too www.tinypic.com and then find your picture that you want to me smaller and click on it and then do "upload image" and then there you have it then just click on the picture do "save" or "save as" and then upload it onto your file and go to your website and it should fit.Hope i could help! if you need anymore help with it just leave one in my inbox k? ; ]
