Is it true that when you lose weight, whether its dieting, exercising, or even become bulemic or anorexic that the first place you lose weight is in your face?

hey. i dont know where you heard this from, but it is wrong. its just that the face may seem to have the most drastic change because people notice it more. hope this helps!! :) ♥ ♥ ♥

No. Your face is just more visible and because of that, you're much more likely to notice the changes there first.

That's not 100% true, it all depends on where your body decides to lose the weight. Most people say your face because thats where you can see a noticeable difference. Your legs wont look smaller after losing only 5 lbs, or your stomach....but when your face gets skinnier you can tell your losing weight.
