Wear a cute skirt and a t-shirt, or if you want to be more comfortable wear jeans with a cute belt and t-shirt. On your face use what would go best with your skin tone, like if you're Caucasian and have fair skin, wear pink eye-shadow and light pink lip gloss, with a little eyeliner or mascara. Use natural colors and don't go over the top with black on your eyes.
When I'm around guys I like I usually wear really cute t-shirts with little sayings on them, you know, just something simple but still cute to get their attention.
