I get pimples from time to time and I was wondering if there was a way I could stop that and make my face clear. I may go a week or two without pimples then will have five or six on my face. Please let me know what I can do to stop this.
The reason for this is that it can actually cause more spots, as the grease that you rub into your skin will cause more spots in that area, and you can even cause scarring to occur which can remain for a long time.
Before you apply any medication rub your face with ice for a few minutes before hand. This really does work because it cools the skin down and makes it more ready for the application of the treatment.
Green tea is brilliant for clear skin! It's also great for loosing weight, relaxing, and is a great antioxidant. It also has much less caffiene than normal tea so you don't have to worry about drinking too much and becoming jittery.
And also consider adding more zinc to your diet, for instance through a multi vitamin that contains zinc. Zinc has been consistently linked with helping to fight acne.
DeadMemories answered Thursday May 4 2006, 9:18 pm: First off, I'm going to give you some information on zits to tell you how they appear!
Zits are filled will oil and dead skin that have became inflamed. They then form a red bump/zit and get red. Few days later.....you have a yellow zit (yuk!). If they don't have special care or if you push the infection even further down then your going to have a scar.
Hormones also cause zits and stress. Wash your face daily with "Clearasil: -DAILY- Oil Control" I have this product and it works wonderfully for me. It leaves your face soft and oil free! You can find it at your local Walmart!
