i want to live longer and feel heilthier and become stronger i feel as if im just going down when i need up so my question is what can i do to live longer?
and im scared to quit smokeing because i heard when you quit your more pron to get sick is this true?

Not unless you have heart problems or another serious physical condition. You could try weaning yourself off the cigarettes first, gradually decreasing the amount you smoke a day until you quit. If you're really concerned, contact your family physician first.

By continuing to smoke, your basically shaving off years by every puff(exaggeration). The sooner you quit, the longer you can live for.
But after you quit, its all on you again. You have to eat healthy, exercise at least weekly, and continue to not smoke. Its a life choice, and a very hard one at that. But it will be worth it all in the end when you know you don't have to live with any lung diseases or lung cancer. When you don't have to rely on a product that destroys your body. When you know you made the choice, instead of not doing anything at all...
