Well I dont know how old you are, but im guessing that you are between 13-16 years old. At this time is wear the body is going through the most changes and abnormalities. I've had two eating disorders in my lifetime and its quite the struggle, so I totally get where you are coming from. No matter how thin anyone is, they will never feel thin enough. I am sure people see you as very thin but you don't see it yourself. Try not to let this diet of getting thinner rule your life. It's not worth it. Go out to eat with your friends, go out for icecream... I bet somehow this is tampering with your social life because everything revolves around food... everything. Be happy with yourself. Being thin isnt always attractive, average is most healthy and flattering. Just enjoy whatever foods you like in moderation, and stay active, then you will maintain a normal healthy-looking body image that you should feel satisfied with.. curves are so in!

..hope i helped :0)

I'm on a diet too right now & the way that I stick with mine is by making a plan; I write down each of the exercises that I want to do each day and I do half in the morning and half at night. I also write down how many calories I want to take in each day, so it's kind of like restricting. Just keeping track of everything that you want on your diet is a way to stick with it. You can also list your motivation on paper; such as 'toned stomach', 'tiny legs' & all that so it motivates you to stick with your diet. & wanting to be thinner everytime is completely normal, but don't go too thin, otherwise you could put your body at risk.

its not bad to want to get skinnier if you really are fat just get rid of all the junk food you have and don't think about food and when ever you go to the fridge i would put skinny people up to say you wanna look like them so whenever you wanna get something to eat you'll be healthy

What every junk food you know is bad put it down dont take one more look at it cause food can trick you and mess with your mind so i suggest you try harder to lose wait you should set a time and go to the gym or either get a personal trainer

It's not uncommon for this to happen to young people. The media forces a certain image of perfection upon us, and we either have to conform to that, or feel like failures.

You are a beautiful, wonderful, unique, special person no matter what size you are. What makes you into YOU is so much more than physical appearance. I've always considered myself fairly plain. I have body piercings and tattoos which help me feel more confident, and I've learned to live with my size (180lbs) because I know it doesn't change who I am.

You need to realise that. Fat or thin, you will always be the same person. Whatever size you are, you deserve to love and be loved. I have a loving partner, and he couldn't give a toss how big my tummy is or how much I weigh.

Constant dieting will put stress on your entire body, especially your skeletal and reproductive systems. You don't say how much you actually weigh, but I am willing to bet you are of healthy weight. Most of the people who are portrayed as beautiful in the media are actually severely and dangerously underweight.

That's a British link, but you find out your body mass index using imperial and metric measurements. The BMI is the most reliable way of finding out whether you are overweight. Measuring against height is also quite a good guide. A 5'2'' person shouldn't weight a 180lbs, but for someone who is 5'8'' 180 lbs is a perfectly healthy weight.

Eat healthily and exercise sensibly. There is more to life than looking perfect!

Ok its not bad to always want to get thinner and thinner but you gotta set a goal and meet that goal... once you meet that goal you should be happy. Everyone always thinks that thier not skinny enough and that they can do better. No one is gonna be perfect. So set a goal and work to it. Dont put your self down. Maybe if you do a little each day it will help you stick with it dont push your self too much at first...
Good Luck Livestrong.
