is there anyway to get old conversations from aim?

I'm not sure there's a way with aim 5.9, but with aim triton, you can if you don't sign off. If you talking to someone, and then you x it out, then a little while later (without signing off) if you click on their screen name and im them, your old conversation will come up. I'm pretty sure you can't get if back once you've signed off. Hope I helped.

It's called "logging". You'll need to download a program that does this. Type "log aim conversations" or something of that nature into a search engine and you should be able to find something that you like. Normally it will come with other features such as more smileys. Hey, if you download AIMutation one of the features is having an AIM log that basically saves all of your convos... other than that, I don't think it is possible unless you saved them yourself.
