Okay, so it's almost summer time and I would like to look good in a bikini. I'm 14 years old and about 4"10. But I'm not sure which exercises to do. What exercises should I do for:
Thighs?
Stomach?
Love Handles?
Upper Arms?
&&&&&&&
Calves?
Also, the exercise pilates is a wonderful way to get fit. it really tightens your thighs, stomach hips and calves! I use it and it's amazing. What i love about it is when i finish, I feel MORE energized, not worn out. I would suggest the tape Pilates for Dummies..it's wonderful! (but it still would be good to alternate this with those exercises above.) [ LoveMeDo's advice column | Ask LoveMeDo A Question ]

Or you can talk to your doctor and see what he or her says about what to do for exercises! [ LovDoc's advice column | Ask LovDoc A Question ]

still, if you're only 14, i don't think you need to worry too much about looking good in a bikini. they're mostly overrated. i suggest tankinis. they stay on better. ^_^ plus, they're usually more comfortable. unless of course the reason you want to wear a bikini is to show yourself off, which (in moderation) is ok too, but don't do it just to attract boys. then they can only blame you if they try to make a move later and you say no and they get pissed. :P heh.
if you really want to lose weight, ask your doctor about it next time you visit, about whether or not you're a healthy weight for your height and such. don't go on any quick-fix diets. but at least you were starting in a better place than that, with exercise.
go to google or wikipedia and search for those specific exercises.
Just remember though, you can never spot reduce fat through exercise, you can only build muscle on the area. So, if you are worried about love handles for example, that all comes down to diet and general exercise. From this it follows that it is far more advantageous to do a full body routine than to focus on a few isolated muscles.
