ok im 13/f i weigh about 125 and i want to weigh about 110 so i want to loose weight an easy way is there an easy way to loose weight other then dieting and really hard workouts but if not can u send me some information from the internet because i cant find any thanks

DefinedEyes answered Sunday April 23 2006, 8:41 pm: Well hun, okay first of all, theres not a easy way to lose weight. It takes time, and hard effort, if you really want to lose is, you have to be willing to stick to a diet, and exercise.
You can start to lose weight though by simply changing little eating habbits, dont have snacks all the time, eat a healthy breakfast, lunch , and dinner, just dont eat too much.
Go walking, or jogging, or weightlifting..
try pilates, its a great way to tone your abdomin.
