how do I add multiple pictures onto one blank picture on photoshop. like have a blank image then add 2 pictures to that blank image?like this:

also, if you can answer this, but its alright if you cant, how do I add an outline to text on photoshop? like have green text then add a pink outline around the text?.

You have to use the cloning tool and open up the pictures you want all on photoshop. Then you press ALT and clone it onto the blank page!
