My neighbor is huge!

Question Posted Saturday April 22 2006, 4:31 pm

Hi my name is Kendall. I have a 10 year old neighbor in 4th grade. She is 5"1 she weighs 125! She has a really big stomach but has skinny legs. She eats a lot of junk food. She could be really pretty if she was skinny. I don't want to be mean and tell her that she needs to not eat so much and exersice. Is there any way I can convince her and help her out to lose weight?

hey kendall. its cute how your like concerned about your neighbor but wow, that is pretty big for a 10 yr old. since shes your neighbor maybe go for a jog when shes outside and see if she wants to join you. be like i dont really feel like running alone. and maybe make it a habbit like every night or something. get it in her mind that like working out or something is fun. then it can get you in super shape [ if you arent already ]. or maybe if you ever babysit her or something then fix her some good food. like cut her up some fruit instead of chips. or whatever. dont exactly tell her that shes fat because as she gets older she will just get more and more self concouis

hope this helps!! :] ♥
